I know. I'm actually working with his company right now, Katalyst, on a big, valued-based initiative. Great people all round. And the power of that reach is phenomenal. As a marketer, I feel it's important to sometimes step back and look at what we're doing. Yes, we're selling widgets, but at the end of the day that's really no as important as any positive change we can make. And boy, do we need some now. I'm really excited about the doors that social media is opening up for change. You're not being bad (of course). Social media is to be used as we wish. It's just equally gratifying, if not more, to put it to good use. Hope all's well, Suzanne and thanks. Simon

Appreciate the perspective. I am amazed at the power of @aplusk when he chooses to embrace a cause. One person reaching an audience that large... Completely foreign concept even 5 years ago. Take it down to my small scale. I have an audience of 400 between applications. Also completely foreign concept 5 years ago. What differences could I be making if I chose to post things of significance rather than my "song of the day" picks? Not that those are bad, but I am certainly missing an opportunity! Thanks for pointing that out.
