In my last post, I explained that We First is not an idea anyone can own. It exists in the collective and serves as a platform on which to celebrate the efforts of others. It is also an idea that grows through collective support. Right now so many wonderful individuals, social entrepreneurs, non-profits leaders and brands are individually driving the change we need to see in the world, but we must work together if we are to shift the behavior of the private sector and create a truly scalable solution.

To that end, I wanted to share a Prologue to We First with you. The book was designed as as a tool to drive the purpose/profit conversation forward to capture the imagination of more people and engagement of more brands. You will also see that I have added tabs that allow you to then share the message with your communities.
